Not good not good.
My stomach and my bowels both fighting against something causing ache.
Probably it is that Kung Pao Chicken I had yesterday for dinner. I prepared that myself, and I didn’t think it would have ended up this way 
Now I am stuck on the toilet, literally dripping, and I have a lot to do today….
