Okay, I prepared myself for this morning shit.
It’s been three days since I stabilised my morning diet, I’ve been having breakfast with a bowl of yoghurt plus grapes and a little corn flakes, moreover I had sone rice, some cheese for lunch, and a carrot. A pint of beer before dinner and a mild dinner, not exaggerating, no more drink.
I also drank a lot of water, even during the night.
So this morning, straight after breakfast I had my fully-developed-not-hard shit!
It fell as a single-length turd! Huge!
I am so proud of my bowels! 🥹
