Yesterday while pooping, I started wondering how my shit habits changed in these last few years. I’ve been running this weird blog for almost five years now, and it kind helps me remember what shitting was like. Frequent diarrhoeas, pain, constipation. So yesterday I started noticing how the frequency of weird and painful shitting decreased. Probably supported by drinking less and less alcohol, less and less gluten…
Whatever…
The point is I slept shitty. Meaning I woke up two hours after I fell asleep, just to come here and take a shit. My eyes were still closed most of the time, but the shit kept getting out, then I made it at falling back asleep.
Then, once I woke up, I came straight here. I’ve just taken another fully painful shit.
So, summing it all up.
Yesterday I had some drinks, then I had a pizza with a beer. I am sure I could have said ‘no’ at least to one or two elements, sure… but it’s pretty clear what happened here…
