Pizza for dinner, constipation for breakfast

Already took much shit today, but I had some left, apparently. Some serious matter! I’m at the clinic to donate blood, now I can do it with less worries

My girlfriend preparing pita bread for dinner made me very happy, now though, I feel both constipated and in urge for a shit. Wtf?! my tummy hurts

Been constipated for some days now, had too much bread and too few veggies and fruits

Btw, my legs have gone numb and now I can’t get up.

I thought this shit session would have been a lot easier, it took more than half a hour, achieved just one useless turd, and my belly still hurts. 3/10 today. Bad
