No no no nooo No shit today!!! EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME I HAVE PIZZA FOR DINNER! Constipateeeeed

Had three glasses of wine yesterday, wasn’t that much, but since I started drinking alcohol back only recently I can clearly feel its effect. I feel a little drowsy still, but what really stresses me out is my bowels, feels tangled. C’mon it was just some wine!

Got back to my gym last week, this week I went there twice. Feels nice. I had an home-made Angus Burger yesterday, and it was pretty heavy. I put courgettes and onions inside. What about the follow-up? Rapid shit, no constipation, good consistency, pointy smell. 8.5/10 Very very good shit.

You know, I’d pretty much like to get back to sleep, but shit happens to get out og my arsehole right now

Finally some very accomplishing shit. Was waiting for it the whole day- tomorrow. I had no time to anticipate it this morning, I just had to make it. 9/10 Worthit!

Stopped my non-alcohol streak of 150 days. Fuck it, I wanted a beer. I had two. I also had dinner at my favourite Indian restaurant. My slumber was disturbed, but I believe it was the heat’s fault. I’m still very hot. This whole situation cooked my shit, which got out shapeless, reeky

At first was a constipated morning, but then shit came out quickly and easily.

Constipation at first, morning shit delayed. Now just sweat. The sun is already high in the sky, and I sweat. Can’t push further, shit must do everything by itself. Won’t work. Be steady, it can happen any moment.
