Feels like my bowels forgot about yesterday’s constipation, and didn’t even try to recover the loss. Just normal turds this morning.

Well ok, bat where did my turds go yesterday? Can’t they just evaporate! Can they??

I’ve been sitting on the toilet for ages…

…even though, seems impossible to take a shit this morning. Constipation should be banned from the world 🙁

Taking a shit this morning is being deeply painful. Deep, because bowels are deep inside.

Bowels are also very long, and the pain spread all around. Luckily imma staying home all day, I will have my toilet right next to me…

Diarrhoea makes the day

It’a been months since I slept left then 5 hours.

I forgot what was it like on the toilet the day next.

Pretty difficult to take a shit. Am constipated

Seems like these days I am not farting at all. This is well weird… I am used to fart alla around, whatever the time is, wherever I find myself at. Nope. None for three days in a row.

Is it because I haven’t been drinking for one week? Is it because I am resting after loads of stressful days? Dunno. Probably a mix of that.

Anyhow, on top of that, shit gets out easily!

Btw, My back still hurts a lot, so I’m not able to push as hard as poop needs.
