Well, I had broccoli both for lunch and dinner…

I love broccoli – only pan fried with onions a little fennel dry tomato and lemon zest – and I should eat them more often….

My arsehole is happy today!

Hate it when I’m on a rush in the morning. It gives me worries, and this compromises my shit-session quality…

This morning I have to bring my gf to her job, so I must detach my regal arsehole from my throne… I should…

Nice beginning of the week tho

Staying at my mother in law means eating too much, too much. Not a single veggy, only meat and fish and pasta and… too much.

The prob is I am not shitting as one would expect… feel a little constipated. Sure, I’m expelling some turds, yet… not much. At least not enough!

My morning constipation was high-priced… me and my girlfriend just spent 3 hours on a road trip to her parents’.

The first hour was conditioned by my lethal farts.

Luckily the first thing I did as soon as we arrived was shit. It is shit. It is dry and hard shit. Resentful shit

I love taking shits in the morning, gives me mood for the rest of the day.

Today it was a little uneasy, that hamburger I had for dinner was a little heavy, I guess…

Still fine, at least my toilet is happy 🙂

I already had my morning poop, but in the silence of the morning, I keep hearing funny noises coming from my bowels. What is it? Is that shit? Must be shit! Can’t be but shit!
