Pizza for dinner, constipation for breakfast

Already took much shit today, but I had some left, apparently.

My girlfriend preparing pita bread for dinner made me very happy,

now though, I feel both constipated and in urge for a shit.

Been constipated for some days now, had too much bread and too few veggies and fruits :/

Btw, my legs have gone numb and now I can’t get up.

I thought this shit session would have been a lot easier, it took more than half a hour, achieved just one useless turd, and my belly still hurts.

Gotta admit I skipped a post, even if it was pretty decent

Yesterday I posted for constipation in the morning, then some more in the afternoon, some more constipation with frustration,

Then suddenly, at around 6:30PM SOME REAL URGE CAME IN, yeah, it was unexpected and I forgot to bring my phone with me, so I couldn’t write.

When finished I was so exhausted I just forgot.

Oh by the way, I’m sitting on the toilet right now, and it feels like nothing is in here… I mean, nothing in the toilet, yet nothing inside me.

Probably I emptied them all yesterday already :/
