Today’s shit is a little weird. Probably because last shit was loose.

Oh, by the way I forgot to report that one. It was at the boulder gym. The door doesn’t work, and they explicitly ask you not to throw any paper in the toilet. It was simply difficult.

Loose shit helped!

Been farting all evening long, now sitting on my toilet. BUT NOTHING!

Nothing gets out 🙁

I emitted no sound, while extruding a long long sausage of poop.

It was at least 30cm long! Then it detached 🙁

I ate something spicy with an onion, a courgette and some cheek peas in it.

To expect farts was pretty obvious, clear. But I wasn’t expecting this burning diarrhoea!

And the toilet now is utter brown

Today I woke up at my girlfriend’s. As I woke up I told her if I could stay at her loo after she would have left, and she said ok.

I thought I would have needed it, instead I felt no urge. Even if I was feeling a lot of burden inside me :/

Anyways, I am at my place, and I mean MY PLACE MY SPOT MY TOILET. Here Yah! My arse felt no shame!

After a long day climbing outdoor, farting and being smelly all around, I can finally sit in my best cozy place, the shithole

I’ve been waiting patiently on the toilet, for ten minutes now, I am pushing, but there’s nothing getting out apart from some farts :/

It’s the first weekend in two months I am not working on a weekend

This morning even my bowels feels the freedom, and decided not to shit at all

It’s really difficult to bear.

Yesterday I ate at an Indian restaurant, everything was very good. Delicious. thing is, it kept me awake during the night, feeling prostate irritate, suggesting me to go get peeing.

Apart from that, during the night, I felt something growing and descending inside me. At one point I fell back to sleep.

As I woke up I felt better, and I had my breakfast, milk and cereal. I always put milk first.

Right once I drank the last sip, I felt my belly exploding. It was unbearable! I rushed to the bathroom, aaand my arse immediately vomited every brown stuff in the toilet! BOOOM!

Now I feel a lot better
