Oh no!! Starting the week with constipation is terrible!

Threw my back out yesterday. Spent the entire day barely functional — couldn’t move without wincing, couldn’t think straight, couldn’t do a bloody thing. Slept like absolute rubbish, obviously. I must have slept 4 hours at max but onky know, after 5 hours awake I’m able to have a go.
Or rather — I’ve got the urge. But lowering myself onto this toilet was a genuine ordeal. Lower back still screaming. The first turd came out without stabbing pain, which I’m counting as a win given the circumstances.
