Luckily I work from home… after a mid-morning snack with a carrot and an orange, I am now taking a mild shit on my toilet ☺️

Not even 8AM and I’ve already fully discharged. Today it is important to do so, I’m going to travel for the weekend and I need to be clean!

Shit accomplished. Today 9/10. Fully discharged, feel light, consistence easy, woah, almost perfect!

Not even had lunch yet, I was preparing it… when I felt shit urging to get out. Got to jump on the toilet – not literally, c’mon! Now, I am discharged, I can go back to what I prefer – eating.

So sad, my wordpress streak interrupted yesterday at 234 days straight. Fuck. I even had some shit yesterday, but I forgot to post about it… I am sad 😦 Btw, this morning poo is a 7/10. Normal bur plentyful!

As I expected – and hoped – here’s my morning shit. A little delayed… my day can now begin… what I lived until now was just a bad day..

Constipation in the morning makes me start the day stressful

It’s always difficult to take a shit this late in the morning, but weekends are a very thin balance between sleep recover and bowels health

Just got out after a beer night at my friend’s. It’s been a long ago since I felt my bowels so stressed… these last few weeks I ate wildly, too many pizzas, panini, spicy plates, random stuff… My arsehole is now taking revenge…. I love those days when when shit gets out so quick… Well, I had broccoli both for lunch and dinner… I love broccoli – only pan fried with onions a little fennel dry tomato and lemon zest – and I should eat them more often…. My arsehole is happy today!
