Luckily I work from home… after a mid-morning snack with a carrot and an orange, I am now taking a mild shit on my toilet ☺️

Not even 8AM and I’ve already fully discharged. Today it is important to do so, I’m going to travel for the weekend and I need to be clean!

Shit accomplished. Today 9/10. Fully discharged, feel light, consistence easy, woah, almost perfect!

Not even had lunch yet, I was preparing it… when I felt shit urging to get out. Got to jump on the toilet – not literally, c’mon! Now, I am discharged, I can go back to what I prefer – eating.

So sad, my wordpress streak interrupted yesterday at 234 days straight. Fuck. I even had some shit yesterday, but I forgot to post about it… I am sad 😦 Btw, this morning poo is a 7/10. Normal bur plentyful!

Constipation in the morning makes me start the day stressful

It’s always difficult to take a shit this late in the morning, but weekends are a very thin balance between sleep recover and bowels health

Just got out after a beer night at my friend’s. It’s been a long ago since I felt my bowels so stressed… these last few weeks I ate wildly, too many pizzas, panini, spicy plates, random stuff… My arsehole is now taking revenge…. Average shit day. Nice beginning of the week tho

Staying at my mother in law means eating too much, too much. Not a single veggy, only meat and fish and pasta and… too much. The prob is I am not shitting as one would expect… feel a little constipated. Sure, I’m expelling some turds, yet… not much. At least not enough!

My morning constipation was high-priced… me and my girlfriend just spent 3 hours on a road trip to her parents’. The first hour was conditioned by my lethal farts. Luckily the first thing I did as soon as we arrived was shit. It is shit. It is dry and hard shit. Resentful shit

I love taking shits in the morning, gives me mood for the rest of the day. Today it was a little uneasy, that hamburger I had for dinner was a little heavy, I guess… Still fine, at least my toilet is happy 🙂

I already had my morning poop, but in the silence of the morning, I keep hearing funny noises coming from my bowels. What is it? Is that shit? Must be shit! Can’t be but shit! So why don’t you get out already!?

If I made art out of my shit, today I’d represent it as a minimal painting: a circle and a straight line. My actual plan is to sell out my shit in jar, but it’s way too expensive! But who knows what the future mag bring…
