Ah! The passing of time!

Which activities make you lose track of time?

When I’m here on the toilet – right where I am now, I spend my time doing all sort of things to give as much time as my bowels need.

I start with some language lessons on Duolingo, then I write my posts about what is my shit session like on my shitty blog – sure! This one right here! – and if I am still taking shit I start scrolling on social media and sometimes even working, when I bring my laptop with me!

I could spend 30 to 60 minutes on the toilet every day!

Since Yesterday I had a very bad slumber, today I’ve decided to postpone everything I have to do, in favour of sleeping more.

It was the right choice, bringing me a lot of benefits. I feel fit, energetic, happy, relaxed, and most of all, I don’t remember taking so much shit lately…

I begun my month without alchool. Such a nice month to di such a thing… fuck me…

The thing is I was feeling bad for that, too mang bowels problems… hence no alchool for a month

Now, I had a party yesterday, I sticked to my plan, no drinks. Yet, how come this morning my bowels still hurt?

A little shit and I go to the office now!

Today I woke up energetic. I think I slept nicely and I recharged my batteries.

This means I am ready to shiiiit! And yeah, some crap already in the hole!
