‘Hello world!’

During the weekend it seems like my body resets. I could notice it from what my bowels do: A huge shit.

It really seems like during the week my body is plenty of stress, so much I can’t even go easily taking a shit.

I’ve been constipated for so many days during the week, now my arse just said ‘Hello World!’ in a very rough way. Not that smelly though!

The weekend can now begin!

Ah! The passing of time!

Which activities make you lose track of time?

When I’m here on the toilet – right where I am now, I spend my time doing all sort of things to give as much time as my bowels need.

I start with some language lessons on Duolingo, then I write my posts about what is my shit session like on my shitty blog – sure! This one right here! – and if I am still taking shit I start scrolling on social media and sometimes even working, when I bring my laptop with me!

I could spend 30 to 60 minutes on the toilet every day!

Since Yesterday I had a very bad slumber, today I’ve decided to postpone everything I have to do, in favour of sleeping more.

It was the right choice, bringing me a lot of benefits. I feel fit, energetic, happy, relaxed, and most of all, I don’t remember taking so much shit lately…
