Some more diarrhoea, this time I am at my colleague’s. Feels like every time I come here I have some sort of pain in the arse.

I am feeling bad btw. It’s not a joke, it is hard to think about anything else… I came here to work on our project! Shit! Stupid bowels!

Probably it is that Kung Pao Chicken I had yesterday for dinner. I prepared that myself, and I didn’t think it would have ended up this way :/

Now I am stuck on the toilet, literally dripping, and I have a lot to do today….

I am fucking late and this fucking abrupt shit is just the icing on the cake.

To wrap it up: As I was preparing my lunch, the gas finished. I changed the tank, but while doing it I switched off the general electric switch to not get shocked. After that I realised I needed another piece to replace the tank, so I want back to the general switch and it broke. So I couldn’t have a proper lunch. I ate packed bread with some cheese I found in the fridge.

Got back to my dying laptop to finish work, now I have a meeting and my colleague just came to pick me up. I am stuck in the bathroom now, can’t get out, because I an having diarrhoea now.

I guess this is what I should have expected since the beginning of my constipation, 2 days ago – which may not seem much, but even just a few hours of constipation is bad. Really bad.

I woke up once every hour since I fell asleep, and every time I did I felt my tummy aching a little bit more… now it became too powerful J cannot ignore it anymore.

I am sitting on my toilet, guess what… I am constipated!
