Shit this morning?

Not an easy task.

These last few days of continuous feast made my bowels irritated, and to be fair it’s not just a matter of my bowels, my whole insides are whining, I spent the night feeling like I needed a wee, but it was utterly false!

Now am on the toilet, pushing and pulling my arsehole intermittedly to try and stimulate it, but I produced only a few little balls.

Not good. Not good.

Let’s hope for the best!

It is not very easy to take a shit in the mid-morning. Even if I had a lot to eat the day before……

Am at the mall for the last Christmas gifts.

First of all, let’s recover from my morning’s constipation!

Yesterday night (aka 4 hours ago): alcohol night.

This morning: shit. Difficult shit.

Not much, just shit!

Yesterday I had cabbage soup for lunch, right before dinner my belly was bloating, my bowels packed with gas, nevertheless I’ve decided to eat pizza for dinner.

Right after it we went to the theatre, where I desperately needed to fart for three loooong hours.

My slumber was really poor, probably my meals irritated the whole abdominal organs.

Oh, finally, I’ve done some shit, I thought I’d have done more, more and more, but instead only a part, I guess I’m going to need patience for the rest of the day…

I have a web meeting planned in five minutes, but I’m right here, sitting on my toilet… shit!

I feel like I’ve already fully discharged, but I feel like there’s a shy tird still missing… uhm, weird, I had a cabbage soup for dinner… usually it acts as a purgative…

My morning shit has been delayed. I don’t feel very good today, slept badly, because if my bowels :/
