Ok the day has started!

My friend’s birthday celebration produced: A LOT OF EATING AND DRINKING.

Resulting in a urge for discharge this morning, ain’t it?

Should be, but instead, I only produced a lil turd…

I’ve just woken up. My weekend trip has already begun. My 11 friends and I have arrived at my friend’s place abroad to celebrate his birthday all weekend.

We spent the night out until 5 AM, drinking red wine the whole time and… well, you know. Of course, I’m already awake—I needed a shit. The acidic kind we all love around here.

Anyway, I’ll wrap this up now- even though my bowels already are -I’ve got plenty to do while my friends are still asleep.

Luckily I work from home… after a mid-morning snack with a carrot and an orange, I am now taking a mild shit on my toilet ☺️

Not even 8AM and I’ve already fully discharged. Today it is important to do so, I’m going to travel for the weekend and I need to be clean!

Shit accomplished.

Today 9/10. Fully discharged, feel light, consistence easy, woah, almost perfect!

Not even had lunch yet, I was preparing it… when I felt shit urging to get out. Got to jump on the toilet – not literally, c’mon!

Now, I am discharged, I can go back to what I prefer – eating.

So sad, my wordpress streak interrupted yesterday at 234 days straight.

Fuck.

I even had some shit yesterday, but I forgot to post about it… I am sad 🙁
