Yesterday my Iranian mate made a dish with sausages and vegetables, all seasoned with some spices mix. It was de-li-cious.

We spent most of the dinner just talking about those spices, I loved star anise in there!

I now feel so much lucky… I see those splendid spices again, blended in a spongy spongy matter. I could see them.
