Stopped my non-alcohol streak of 150 days.

Fuck it, I wanted a beer. I had two.

I also had dinner at my favourite Indian restaurant. My slumber was disturbed, but I believe it was the heat’s fault.

I’m still very hot.

At first was a constipated morning, but then shit came out quickly and easily.
