Yesterday, I’ve spent my day taking shits, at the office, at home. I also took a lot of farts, at the office, at home, in my bed.
I am now awake, and my bowels hurt a lot. Am constipated, but at the same time I feel my bowels bloating, full of crap.
I am in total discomfort, I just want to sleep, but I’m stuck here, on the toilet, in trouble.

Yesterday is been the first (hoping the last) Friday night drinking night.
I met a friend who I didn’t see in months, and we drank one bottle white wine each, before dinner. I was broken already, then we went to sushi with our girlfriends and we took more wine.
I had diarrhoea at the restaurant, a couple of time, then I slept poorly and here I am, trying to cope with my compromised bowels, now constipated, lol.
