You know, I am trying to become vegetarian – and it’s been difficult – and trying to reduce alcohol as well – even harder.

I made it to 1-week streak, then I had a steak yesterday for dinner… and a couple of beers…

Even though, it seems that the previous week brought some success…

My bowels don’t hurt, my shit looks fine and healthy, and I haven’t been struggling to do it.

Well… the wind is changing….
