Just arrived at the crag after long time…

Good old habits never die.

As I put on the harness, some very common feeling reaches my bowels.

Flash-forward after 2 minutes, I am squatting, pantless, crouching and crapping mid air.

Some wipes later, I can now rejoin my friends for a good climbing

One day camping… we had some meat barbecued, drank beer, had a lot to eat. HOW COME I CAN’T SHIT IN THE MORNING???

I can’t have a shit. Everything is clogged.

Idk, I woke up at 6:30 AM and went for a dive early in the morning. It was great, even if I didn’t manage to swim… then I had breakfast.
